Regarding a settlement between Ghulam Husayn and ‘Ali Asghar, 1892
The writer, Muhammad Baqir, states a deposition by Ghulam Husayn, son of the late Haji ‘Ali Akbar, made on December 12, 1878, as follows: Ghulam Husayn settled the inheritance from his parents (parts of the Jalal Abad farm near Kirman) to his uncle, ‘Ali Asghar, son of Haji Muhammad Taqi. Later, ‘Ali Asghar settled all his properties, including parts of the Jalal Abad farm and a house, to his daughter, Bibi Khadijah, the maternal sister of Ghulam Husay, who has signed the settlement.

A copy of listed properties, based on an earlier settlement, that belonged to Gawhar Taj Khanum, younger daughter of Ibrahim Khan Sa‘d al-Dawlah, amongst her grandsons, Mahdikhan (son of Husayn Khan Iftikhar Nizam), and Zayn al-‘Abidin Khan, Ibrahim Khan, and ‘Isa Khan (sons of ‘Ali Akbar Khan Salar As‘ad). Ghulamhusayn Khan ‘Amiri Sardar Mujallal (their grandfather and Gawhar Taj Khanum's husband) and ‘Ali Akbar Khan Salar As‘ad are the guardians of these four underage children.

Deposition of ʻAli Riza, Muhammad Husayn, Mashhadi Husayn, and Khanum Nawbar, the children of Haj Ghulam Riza Baqqal [the grocer] from Shiraz, about the ownership of a grocery store, a wood and grain trading shop, and two [illegible] shops worth one hundred and ninety-five tumans. All the properties mentioned are the mahr of Zivar Sultan, daughter of the late Karbalayi Mahdi and wife of the late Haj Ghulam Riza.
